Louis Walsh believes his X Factor act Union J aren't being heavily promoted on the show as they are a threat to Simon Cowell's hugely successful boyband One Direction.
The Irish judge is seemingly seething that Cowell hasn't publicly backed the music star wannabes.
Louis is quoted by the Daily Star as saying: 'He knows Union J are a threat to One Direction so he's not going to say much about them.'
The winning act for the ITV show are awarded a £1 million record contract with Cowell's label Syco Music.

One Direction, who came third in the 2010 X Factor competition, have been a huge success for Cowell.
The pop band have conquered the American charts and have landed massive merchandising deals.
A spokesperson for Syco declined to comment.
Walsh does believe however that there is room for both, adding:There's always room for a new boyband if they are good enough and they work hard.'

Union J look like they could steal the boyband crown after they were mobbed by fans outside the X Factor studios - with George taking centre-stage.
The band, which comprises of George Shelley, 19, JJ Hamblett, 24, Jaymi Hensley, 22, and 20-year-old Josh Cuthbert, were greeted by screaming fans desperate to be pictured with their idols.
And the kind hearted lads made sure they showed their appreciation by posing with their adoring supporters for photographs.
The impromptu meet and greet session also included District 3 and Kye Sones.
