And it seems that Kim Kardashian’s regular workouts have been paying off. The reality star decided to show off the fruits of her labour on Wednesday as she bared her stomach for a Twitter photo. The 32-year-old snapped a photo in her mirror as she stood in her wardrobe sporting just a black sports bra and grey jogging bottoms.

Kim’s beau Kanye West whisked her away to Italy to ring in her birthday over the weekend. But it seems Kim didn’t indulge in too much of the local cuisine during what she said was the ‘most incredible romantic trip ever’. She decided on a figure-hugging black leather top, grey skinny jeans and silver court shoes as she was later seen arriving at a photo studio in Miami sporting the sexy ensemble. Kim has reportedly gained around 20lbs since she began dating rapper Kanye, which led to her decision to shift the weight earlier this month.
