Ilknur Melis Duras has been won the “Miss Earth Turkey 2012″ title at the grand finale of Miss Turkey beauty pageant at the Lutfi Kirdar Convention and Exhibition Center on 31st May, 2012. Miss Earth 2012, the 12th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, will take place on November 24, 2012 at the Versailles in Alabang, Manila, Philippines. The pageant will be broadcasted live internationally on Star World at 8:00 p.m. and will be shown on November 25, 2012, 10:00 a.m. on ABS-CBN, or coverage on Studio 23, TFC-The Filipino Channel, and also on channels of participating counties worldwide. Olga Álava from Ecuador, will crown her successor at the end of the event.
