The grand coronation night of Miss Philippines earth was hosted by Marc Nelson, Rovilson Fernandez and Ginger Conejero where 47 lovely candidates vied for the title. Stephany Stefanowitz of Quezon City was crowned as Miss Philippines Earth 2012 and will represent the country to the 2012 Miss Earth Pageant
