Sonakshi Sinha to lose brand endorsement!

Sonakshi Sinha the Dabangg girl with her 100 crore movies to her credit might be enjoying her status in the film industry.

But the latest buzz is that she is not getting endorsement deals. The reason being she is too fat! With just few films old, earlier after the huge success of Dabangg, her debut film, she was considered the golden girl as she was in the verge of getting many endorsement deals.

But now the chances are minimal. Though just Joker was a Joke in her list of successful films, with Dabangg, Rowdy Rathore and Son of Sardaar being box office super hits, she is yet to sign any new deal.

It is gossiped that people are not approaching her as they consider she is a bit fat for endorsements. A well-known apparel brand in which she was co endorsing alongside Hrithik Roshan has been contemplating to sign her further for the endorsement. We hear that she has been given two choices by the brand – either to lose weight or the deal!

Sources suggest that the brand is considering Deepika Padukone to replace her, as she is hot & also the glamour quotient in the industry at present who has got the right attitude that would match up with the brand. However the brand is not at present Ready to give away any information regarding the final call taken.

Sonakshi Sinha features on the cover of Hi!Blitz Magazine’s Indian edition for the month of September 2012. She failed in her latest movie, Joker. Thus failed to make hat-trick on debut. Prabhu Deva item song with Sonakshi Sinha!

Prabhudheva, who is known for his exceptional dancing skills, will be doing an item number in Akshay Kumar's production OMG! Oh My God.Akki shares a very good rapport with his Rowdy Rathore director Prabhudheva and he requested Prabhu to shake a leg with Sonakshi Sinha in an item number in Oh My God. Prabhu immediately agreed to do the song. He might even choreograph the song.

Oh My God is based on Gujarati play 'Kanji Viruddh Kanji' and is directed by Umesh Shukla. The film stars Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal.

Sonakshi Sinha as brand ambassador of Fem!

There is no denying the fact that Sonakshi Sinha is perhaps the most promising new face in Bollywood this year. No wonder, she has become the most sought after name in the endorsement world.

So, now we have the Cosmetic brand Fem Fairness Bleach appoint Sonakshi Sinha as the brand ambassador of their product, ‘Fem’, which has been recently acquired by Dabur India. It may be mentioned here that Sonakshi has also been appointed as the brand ambassador for beauty soap ‘Dyna’ replacing Katrina Kaif.

“As a consumer, I have been associated with Dabur for years now. So, it gives me great pleasure to be associated with a large beauty brand with a stature of Fem and be the face for the brand,” said Sonakshi.

In her filmi career, Sonakshi is busy these days with Shirish Kunder’s “Joker” along with Akshay Kumar, an untitled film with Kamal Haasan, Race-2 with Saif Ali Khan, Dabangg-2 and Kick with Salman Khan.

Salman Khan is Sonakshi's inspiration!

The transition from a fashion designer to a debutante opposite Bollywood superstar Salman Khan  happened so fast that Sonakshi Sinha says she is still short for words.

Sonakshi who plays the coy Rajo in "Dabangg" releasing next month considers herself extremely lucky to be part of the project.

"Dabangg was a whole lot smoother process for me because Salman was there as a mentor and guide," she said.

"Most people opt for the glamour way to begin with but the role of Rajo was something I couldn't refuse.

Dabangg has been a perfect platform for me and very few people get that in their very first film," the 23-year-old actress said.

Sonakshi says the film is a perfect package with just the right producer, director, script, her co-star and mentor Salman Khan.

"Salman is an amazing co-star to have. Never once did he make me feel like a newcomer. He is always full of inputs, advice and inspiration. Our families have known each other for a while now so the comfort level has always been there. He has always pushed me to better myself in every way, be it fitness, acting and even overall personality," Sonakshi says.
