The buxom blonde went for a furry white ensemble with metallic gold detailing – including a shiny horn.
She was joined by her X-Files star husband, who was dressed as a king in chainmail, a velvet robe and a crown.
When Courtney turned around, she revealed her candy-coloured mane and tail.
And Doug clearly liked what he saw as he gave his squeeze a playful pat on the bottom.
Courtney reportedly referred to herself as ‘Uniporn’ as she enjoyed the bash with her beau in Hollywood.
The teen bride decided on dressing as a unicorn after trying on skimpy tutus, a cave girl and a sailor costume earlier in the week.
